Driving Directions:
Our offices are located at 217 Commercial Street in the historic Old Port District of Portland, Maine. Our building is a 19th century 4-story brick building with "217" clearly marked on the front door. We are on the land side of the street between The Black Dog store and Asia West. We are one block west of DiMillo's Floating Restaurant & Marina and across from Chandler's Wharf public parking lot.
From the Portland International Jetport:
From the Airport exit, turn right onto Congress Street (Route 22). Follow Congress Street approximately two miles to Interstate Route 295 North towards Falmouth. Go 1.4 miles and take Exit 7 onto Franklin Street (US 1-A) and continue southward .8 mile to Commercial Street. There will be a "T" in the road with the Casco Bay Municipal Ferry Terminal straight ahead. Turn right onto Commercial Street and proceed approximately .3 mile to our offices on the right. You will pass Dimillo's Floating Restaurant & Marina on your left and will see Mim's Brasserie (a yellow brick building) on a right hand corner. We are in that block after Mim's and between The Black Dog store and Asia West.
From the South - Maine Turnpike:
Take Maine Turnpike Exit 44 (Prior Exit 6A) to Interstate Route 295 North to Portland. From Interstate Route 295, take Exit 4 to U.S. Route 1-A (Portland Waterfront and Commercial Street). Continue on Route 1-A. You will turn right onto Commercial Street at a set of lights and will following the waterfront. Follow it eastward for 1.5 miles. At the second traffic light past the new Gulf of Maine Research Institute building (on the right) is the intersection of Commercial and Union Streets. Union Wharf Market is on the far right-hand corner. Our offices are in the upcoming block on the left (land) side between Asia West and The Black Dog store.
From the North - Interstate Route 295:
Take Exit 7 onto Franklin Street (US 1-A) and continue southward .8 mile to Commercial Street. There will be a "T" in the road with the Casco Bay Municipal Ferry Terminal straight ahead. Turn right onto Commercial Street and proceed approximately .3 mile to our offices on the right. You will pass Dimillo's Floating Restaurant & Marina on your left and will see Mim's Brqasserie (a yellow brick building) on a right hand corner. Our offices are in the upcoming block on the right (land) side after Mim's and between The Black Dog Store and Asia West. |
