Thirty years as a private equity professional and investor, Doug has been CEO and/or owner of manufacturing and service companies located in New York, Canada, Maine and South Carolina. His experience includes Senior Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management Inc., President of The Maine Merchant Bank., Partner of Hammond Kennedy Whitney and Co., CEO of Visual Products Company, CEO of Maine Rubber International and Vice President of JP Morgan Chase. Doug is also a small business advisor and a volunteer certified business mentor and past Chapter Chair at SCORE. He has a MBA from Fordham University, completed the Executive Financial and Credit Management Institute program at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and has a BA Economics from Stetson University
