Reginald E. Perry, CPA/ABV, BVAL,CVA is an associate broker with thirty-six years of experience counseling small to medium-sized businesses, specializing in business valuation. He is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation (CPA/ABV), a designation awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds two other designations: Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) from the Institute of Business Appraisers, and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Reg is the founder, senior director and past president of Perry, Fitts, Boulette and Fitton CPAs a large accounting firm in Oakland, Maine. He has served on numerous Kennebec Valley area boards including Maine General Health, the state’s third largest health care system, and the Central Maine Growth Council, the area’s public/private economic development group.
